Megan Gluth’s success was far from guaranteed. Born in rural Iowa, she lived a childhood marked with the experience and trauma of poverty and faced poor opportunities for advancement. She failed out of college, struggled with alcoholism, and experienced great personal tragedy at her lowest points. Yet thanks to her own commitment to self-accountability, as well as compassion from those around her, Megan rose from rock bottom, rewrote her story, and emerged as a powerful example of inspiring and empathetic leadership.

After completing law school, Megan Gluth became the owner and CEO of Catalynt Solutions, Inc. (formerly TRInternational), a leading US-based raw material and chemical services provider. An energetic leader, Megan has drawn on her background as an attorney to craft and implement a creative vision for the company’s future. She is dedicated to the study of leadership and creating a supportive workplace culture, and now she’s using her story to help other leaders and leaders-to-be achieve their visions—while keeping their heads firmly on their shoulders.
